School and group tours offer entertainment and hands-on experience with crops and farm animals.

Two Tours Available for Schools/Groups

Tour 1: Recommended for children preschool through 1st Grade. Tour 1 includes entertainment consisting of story-telling, a sing-along, and a discussion about the farm. Also included is a cup of feed for the animals, their pumpkin from the "student" patch, an Indian corn or gourd (depending on availability) and a chance to enjoy the beautiful farm. Cost: Call for cost.

Tour 2: Recommended for Grades 1 through 5. A fascinating overview of agriculture. Compare old and new equipment as you tour the unique old farm equipment museum. Learn about farm animals and their value both as food and as a source of often surprising by-products. Take a trip through our corn maze. Pumpkin and animal feed included. Cost: Call for cost.

You may talk to an answering machine, but please leave your name and number (both day and evening). Reservations are made on a "first come, first serve basis." A cancellation fee of $1.00/child applies when less than 48 hours notice is provided -- this covers the cost of the child's pumpkin which still may be picked up.
